Pure Kitchen Classes

Pure Food & Wine's new private kitchen, Pure Kitchen, is open for business. Next month owners Matthew Kenney & Sarma Melngailis will be rolling out with a full line of rawfood preparatory classes featuring:

"Signature dishes, unique creations and organic wines in a relaxed and comfortable environment."

Each classes costs $95.00 and runs for about 3 hours. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon or a Thursday evening.
