"That was the philosophy of Yeyen Gunawan of Indonesia, now a Santa Cruz resident. Yeyen left a career in real estate to try to affect positive change in people's health. She'd always found herself drawn to the food industry. Having watched the raw food movement gain momentum, she elected to jump headfirst into re-introducing Santa Cruz to raw and mostly-raw vegan cuisine."
