The new menu also includes other options for raw food eaters, like the Living Lasagna, which is layered with marinated vegetables and almond cheese, topped with a pesto and tomato sauce and served with a beet salad. Another raw dish, the Living Paradise Starter, features julienne vegetables, avocado, sunflower sprouts and almond cheese, rolled in rice paper and topped with raw tomato sauce, daikon and watercress.
