Your New Years Health Resolutions?

If you have them, what are they?

Did you have them last year? What were they and did they work?

My intentions for the new year is to go raw, finish the Long Island Marathon and be very consistent with exercise. My intentions are very health oriented :-)

Didn't have 'em last year, but got lucky and met this guy named Dhru. Here they are for this year:

1. Go 75% Raw.

2. Use food, sleep, exercise, and meditation to DOUBLE my energy.

3. Exercise EVERY day.

4. Meditate EVERY day.
