It's all about the dressing

I despised eating greens, especially dark leafy greens, before I got into this raw food deal. Then my world magically changed when I discovered home made dressing.

Sometimes a simple yet tasty dressing is all you need to transform your relationship with the green leafys. Keeping simplicity in mind, and the fact that I'm not a chef, here is the dressing that I used everyday for my first few months of eating raw, (after that I got a little tired of it).

Dhrumil's Thahini Dressing - (Just Blend)

  • 1/2 Cup Flax Oil
  • 1 table spoon of Raw Tahini
  • 2 tea spoons of lemon juice
  • Three pinches of sea salt (or more if you need it)
  • One tiny pinch of cayenne pepper (if you want it)
