Mango Avocado Salad

Via greenchefs.tv & raw chef, Vanessa Sherwood
This really is one of the best combinations ever. Simple, elegant, and
sensuous. Apparently there are over 400 varieties of mango worldwide.
My favorite, from the three or four varieties I've tried, is the
champagne mango. I'm seriously considering a trip to India just to
sample mangoes.
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 Large Avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juiced
- 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
Hand mix all of the ingredients together and serve.
That looks soooo good and it's so colorful! I can't wait to try it.

I have made this dozens of times - it's easy and fast to make and it tasted AWESOME. My non-raw friends love it too...

This is one of my all time favorite delights. My mother makes this recipe around the holidays or for family gatherings, its so simple and yet everyone wonders how these flavors come together to tantalize the taste buds. :P

I love this recipe. It was one of my first raw foods. I also like to add chili flakes sometimes.

Hi there!
I have been trying out to eat raw ingredients more than I did, after having all raw and cooked muscle testing, raw foods win it all! I presumed that my body only is able to take raw food rather than cooked ones. So, I am going to try myself and get used to it. I'll be visiting you often :)
Cheers!

I am going to try this recipe for supper tonight!
Remember, if you go to India for mangoes, they eat most of theirs before they are ripe (not sweet) with salt...

WOW! I tried this recipe for the first time this evening. I didn't have any olive oil so I used coconut oil and I didn't have any sesame seeds so I used chia seeds. It was STILL delicious!
