Back from a break...

You've probably noticed that WLIR hasn't been updated in a while. Well, that's my fault. See... I've been out partying way too much, (see my Zoolander party face above). Weddings, conventions, more weddings, birthdays, girls at weddings, business outings, missions, girls at business outings and well, you get the point.

However, even with all that busyness, I've been missing WLIR like Bush has been missing his high poll numbers. There's still tons more that we want to do with the website and with the raw food community. With that being said, I have good news:

Starting today, WLIR will be updated 3 times a day, every day, (even on the weekends). Is that exciting or what?

We'll also be making a shift to have more personal / motivational stories and a little less raw food news. What else is in store? We've got a couple of additional guest bloggers lined up and..... drum roll please.... the gorgeous Sarma Melngailis, will start posting again starting this week.

A special thanks to all the readers out there, especially the ones that emailed me and told me to "get off my ass". We really do appreciate your on going support and readership.

Here's to some exciting times a head.

Score! I love this site, and it's good to see it being updated more frequently. The personal touches will undoubtedly be wonderful reads, too. Whatever direction WLIR takes, though, I'm sure it will be awesome.
