Raw Food Video Roundup
This week's first video is so... well, so something, that I couldn't just link to it. I had to post it here. Let's just say that this video is definitely a first, (link via Karen Knowler).
GoRawNow.com / Markus Rothkranz
Hidden story of diet and health: Author Loren Howe so wonderfully breaks down exactly why and how cooked food damages the body.
Fruitarian Fitness: Exercises anyone can do at home to get as ripped as Richard Blackman aka F1. More at fruitarianfitness.com
David Wolfe on Sustainability & Loving Life Part 1, Part 2: I saw this featured on RFRN and immediately knew readers here would enjoy it too. Via RFRN, "Part 1: David tells a bit about growing up, planting trees, the future of agriculture, and more! Part 2: David shares why everyone should eat raw plant food, how raw food has helped change his entire life, and how to encourage others to start eating raw food!"
What to do with all that extra raw energy?: You know all those crazy tribal-raw-food-parties you hear about? Lol, just kidding... looks like they are having fun.
Breast Cancer & Sicko: Arnold, from Arnold's Way Cafe, and Dr. Judith Long use the buzz around the movie Sicko to talk about the American health care system and how there is a deeper answer than universal health care.
In the GoRawNow.com video above the guy with the ugly blonde wig states... "Their a hundred years old, and still having sex."
That's a lie. In fact nobody can name someone who is a Hundred years old who lived pre-dominantly on a raw food diet!
Raw Food Lecturers shouldn't make such outrageous claims and spread lies. They should be truthful and state facts! I'm tired of all the raw food BS! Why is it so hard to be fucking honest?

This video is kind of cheesy and kind of dramatic... I guess this kind of approach is necessary to get the publics attention? I think everything stated was true, just too "in your face." But hey, whatever rocks your boat! :)

I have watched that video and shared it with friends a number of times now. As obviously cheesed out and outrageously 80's glam rocker as Markus is, he makes enough motivational points that I have found fresh inspiration from him. I really dig that raw chef guy and his impressive display of strength. If nothing else, I found it highly entertaining!

cheesy or not I love this! The people look hot!

I think it would be much better if they left the fake stuff out. The stories are good, the main dude is dynamic... they could do without the fake concert and people.
Either way, thought it was funny, cool and hip.

I agree, the information presented was wonderfully inspriational, but the billowy shirt and tanned abs kinda of make me snicker.
I can name people who live to 100 on a predominantly raw food diet, though I have no idea if they were having sex. Read "Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine".

the only thing BS is your profanity!
Grow up and wise up!

Dylan, Sorry you're so narrow minded. Maybe a change to a Raw Diet might help that! :)
