Finding Your Own doesn't just mean creating your own path, it also means having the courage to shift your path when you discover that you're headed in a direction that isn't working.
Karen's recent post is a fantastic example of this idea. Even though she'd been eating raw food for a decent amount of time, she still was having challenges loosing that excess weight that wasn't serving her. After questioning her approach, through trial and success, she found the "culprit":
For me it was a combination of eating too much sugary fruit, too much fat (lots of nuts and seeds), very little green stuff, eating for the taste and NOT hunger AND I also had issues around losing weight..
There's no path but your own, but to keep your path true, every so often you have to give it a good hard look.
