Lets Get Juicy: My 92 day Juice Feast begins


After switching from a SAD diet to a Raw Vegan lifestyle, and losing 140 lbs, I decided to kick it up a notch and really bring my health to the next level.

What is Juice Feasting?

Many people only associate juicing with a fast, and think of a glass or two of juice a day with minimal nutrients entering your body. This is a great way to cleanse your body once in awhile, but general is meant to be a short-term program, and may not always provide your body with the adequate nutrients that it needs.

Juice Feasting is the exact opposite; it is drinking a minimum of a gallon of juice a day with an abundance of all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. This is also a great opportunity to let your body and your organs rest. My body has been processing pizza and pasta for the last 30 years and has been begging me to take a break.

Why Now?

I have been experiencing such amazing and wonderful changes throughout my transformation into the raw vegan lifestyle, but have also felt myself still overeating at times and also not always eating enough high water content foods. So I thought this would be a great way to break old habits, cleanse my body, and create new habits all at the same time. Today being the first full moon of the year (started Tue) I couldn’t think of a better time to start.
