Penni took on the project not only to further her own individual weight loss journey, but also to document best practices from the group. See, just a few weeks ago Penni was offered a book deal on the topic of weight loss and raw food and this 10 week experiment is the most hands-on research she could taken on.
The bad news is that the group is full and currently not taking on any newbies.

Update: Here's a note I just got from Penni. "I did want to let you know we do have a group of guys rocking the Rehab too! There are about 10 active guys and one gentleman has already lost 13 pounds in Week 1 and he's pretty much on fire for raw foods now!"
