Blackbird Naturals, Raw Model's New Company
My buddy Anthony Anderson has just launched a new Raw Truffle business. I've just tried them for the first time and I am amazed!
Ingredient wise: 100% handmade, 100% organic ingredients, no agave, no honey. Dope!
Taste wise: They are lighter and chewier than most truffles on the market, which I prefer. They are half food and half dessert/treat. Some truffles are too rich to eat often - not Blackbird.
