San Fran Event: Raw Chocolate Making Class with Ben Tseitlin

On Monday September 19th my friend Ben Tseitlin is hosting a raw chocolate making class in San Francisco.

Ben is a really cool guy I've had the pleasure of knowing for a few years and I have enjoyed his chocolates on a MANY occasions. What makes his chocolates special is the special type of honey he sweetens it with. It gives them a unique taste that's makes Ben's chocolates stand out.

When making raw chocolate it can be tricky to get the temperature and consistency just right. If you've been wanting to learn how to make your own chocolates taking a class can save you time by helping you avoid making the common mistakes.

During the class he'll walk you through the process of making chocolate from start to finish.
