Wanna Get Juicy?

A juice fast is a fantastic way to jump start a spring cleanse, or any cleanse for that matter. Even just adding a juice or two throughout your day will give you awesome benefits. Everyone is in a different place when they begin so avoid, what my coach calls the "compare and despair" mindset. I know I for one didn't start off doing a 90 day juice fast. I started by swapping breakfast for a juice and built on from there.

Just begin where you are. Improving your health doesn't happen in one day. But it is critical to do something.  Health is a positive and active way of being. Health is the way you live everyday. Hundreds of studies have shown that lifestyle has an enormous impact on health....or disease.

Here are a few juice recipes to get you going along with a fun exercise video. After all, health is a full body adventure, right? At east thats the way I choose to look at it, as an adventure.....

It's what you eat, what you think, what you do. Exercise, food, rest, positive thinking and de-stressing your life all come together to bring you health, or the flip side...."not health".

There is no shortage of juice recipes on the internet. Look for some that sound good and give them a try. I do highly encourage you to stay with veggie based juices and mostly greens with a little bit of fruit to sweeten to avoid blood sugar spikes. Even carrot and beets are high in sugar so keep those on the minimal side as well.
